Stardog Applications
This chapter discusses Stardog Applications, including Stardog Cloud which provides access to Explorer, Designer, and Studio.
Overview
- Stardog Cloud is a platform to access to request and download Stardog server and access all of the Stardog applications.
- Stardog Explorer is an intuitive web browser tool for anyone to browse the connections in their data fabric.
- Stardog Designer is a no-code, visual tool for creating and maintaining your Knowledge Graph.
- Stardog Studio is the IDE for the Knowledge Graph Engineer designed to make Stardog functionality easier to use for everyday users.
Stardog Applications support the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.
Recommended Permissions
To have the best experience we recommend all users have METADATA permission for the Stardog database(s) they will be accessing using any of the Stardog Applications.
Note on insecure servers
Google Chrome does not allow Mixed Content. Accessing non-localhost Stardog servers without SSL enabled is therefore not recommended and not supported at cloud.stardog.com.
